Winter Bazaar Application
Thank you for vending at Mountlake Terrace Elementary Winter Bazaar. Your booth fee is used to promote this event and to support MTE 6th grade camp fees.
What You Need To Know
Mostly handmade vendors will be accepted. A limited number of Doterra, Lularoe, Lipsense or similar vendors will be accepted.

$10-MTE Student and MTE Staff Tables
$0-6th Grader Craft Table to raise money for camp. Reservation required. Camp money needs to be turned in at the end of the event to qualify for a free 6th grade table.
Reservation required. Your booth is reserved when your booth fee is paid. You can pay with cash, check, or credit/debit card. Make check payable to MTE PTO. Cash and check payments can be dropped in our PTO box in the office or mailed to: MTE PTO 9521 240th St SW, Edmonds, WA 98020
When: December 15th
Set-up: 8am to 10am
Check in at the PTO booth when you come in for booth placement.
Show: 10am to 3pm
Breakdown: 3pm to 4pm
Booth sizes will be 7ft x 7ft. Stay in your space.
Tables and chairs provided: 6ft tables. Please tell us if you do not need a table.
Electricity: Limited please request and we will do our best.
PTO will be promoting this event with a facebook paid promotion, local news, and flyers. We will need your help promoting this event. Here are some easy ways you can help:
“Invite” your facebook friends to our facebook Winter Bazaar event. Click invite in the event and select your local friends. We would like to have 2k invited to this event. Also, “share” our facebook event to your personal facebook page and business page, if you have one.
Distribute fliers in your neighborhood or at the other events you are attending. Fliers provided by email.
